* What’s the difference between a PEO and HRO?
A PEO (Professional Employer Organization) combines the strength of managing many businesses under one Federal ID number and combining all the services. An HRO (Human Resource Outsourcing) organization may offer most of the same services as a PEO or may just specialize in one or two offerings. The HRO’s services are only provided for one (your) company and the business stands on its own experience.
